Can score a tech fall with 10 takedowns and no near fall.

You give back escapes on 7 and ride out the period on the other 3, which puts you up 20-7. One point for your escape in the 2nd or 3rd, one point for RT, and you have a tech fall. You can get by with even fewer if you get stall points. It's quite possible.
